The Operator is best used with agents like Jett, Chamber and Reyna becuase of their ability to escape after a shot.
The Operator is best used on defense since enemies will have to walk into your crosshair. It can be used on offense, but be careful not to end up giving it to the enemy team.
To be consistent with the Operator, you need to predict where enemies will go at the start of the round. Make yourself more unpredictable.
Do not rely on flicking much with the Operator. Pick an angle and wait for an enemy to walk into your crosshair. If you need to clear angles, clear them slowly and one at a time.
The best settings for the Operator is to use toggle zoom and then to bind your toggle zoom button to the scroll wheel. This will allow you to change zoom levels without needing to scope out of the operator.
The Operator is a high penetration weapon. Bullets will go through all penetrable walls.
